SCHOOL FEES from September 2010

Age 2 ½ - 11 £1375.00 per term
Inclusive of lunch, break drink & fruit, dance, speech & drama.
Insurance £6.00 (optional)

3 – 5 year olds are eligible to receive the Early Years Funding for 6 terms, starting the term after they become three.

Sibling discount of 5% will be given off Tuition Fees to second and subsequent children attending at the same time.


GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A £25.00 Registration Fee is payable for all children (non refundable).

A deposit of £250.00 is required to secure a place at the school, which will be deducted from the final term’s fees during the last term of Year 6. If the child leaves before completing Year 6, the deposit will not be refunded unless due to family relocation.

All fees are payable on the first day of term and must be paid within 7 days.
Interest will be charged at 5% per month on any fees still outstanding after that date.
“Our payment terms are:- Payment must be made on time, in full, and without any deduction, set off or counterclaim. In the event that an account is outstanding, we will refer the matter to our debt collection agents, Daniels Silverman Limited, which will incur a surcharge of 15% of the debt, plus VAT at the prevailing rate. You agree that you will be legally liable to pay Daniels Silverman Limited that surcharge, and that payment of the same can be enforced against you in court. You also agree to pay interest at the relevant rate provided for under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, which interest is payable both after and before any judgment of the court and continues to accrue.”
Arrangements can be made to pay by monthly standing order termly, a charge of £10.00 per term is added to cater for the additional administration and bank charges. Default on this method will result in full fees being due immediately.
A charge of £30.00 will be added to all returned cheques.

All pupils must wear the full school uniform.

Prior to removal of a child, notice in writing given to the Head Teacher/Bursar. Such communication must reach the Head Teacher/Bursar before or no later than the first day of the child’s final term in school, i.e. for removal of a child at the end of the Spring/Summer/Autumn term, notice must be received before the Spring/Summer/Autumn Term begins. Only a reply in writing from the Head Teacher/Bursar will constitute acknowledgement of receipt of such notice. Where this is not possible or applicable, notice must take the form of one complete term’s fee to be paid in lieu of notice.
There will be no exception to fees due in lieu of notice.

Parents must keep the Head Teacher informed of any Court Order or formal agreement relating to a Pupil and regulating parental responsibility, residence, contact, responsibility for School Fees or similar matters.

Admissions Policy


Children will require an informal interview followed by an assessment day during which time the staff will assess your child’s suitability/individual needs. After a successful day a place will be offered, upon completion of our registration form along with the payment of a deposit your child’s place will be secured. One complete term’s notice in writing is required to cancel the place, the deposit will be kept in lieu of fees in addition to one term’s fees being due in lieu of notice.
Children may be registered at any time and admitted at the beginning of each term. Under special circumstances children may join the school after half term.
