Our Admissons Process

The first stage of our entrance procedure is to complete our online enquiry form to register for one of our open days, taster days or to request a prospectus pack. We will then be in touch to discuss attending one of our upcoming open days or for a personal show round at Saville House. At this time we will be able to answer any further questions you have. At Saville House we are proud to be an inclusive and open school, where there are no entrance exams or strict admission requirements.

After the initial enquiry the process from there is very parent-led. We want you to feel comfortable in the process so we will do everything we can to ensure that you are given the correct information and have all your questions answered. As part of the admissions process we will encourage you and your child to come for a show round before scheduling a taster day (or two) for your child. These are great as it means your child can come and spend a full-day with us, to see what life at Saville House School is really like.

If you are then happy and would like to start with us it's just a case of deciding when. We always recommend starting at the beginning of the Autumn Term but it's no problem if you're looking to join us "in-year" - we have plenty of experience in accommodating children joining us at anytime.

Our School Fees (as of September 2020)

Age 3 to 11 years: £1975 per term
Our School Fees are inclusive of lunch, snacks, dance, speech and drama.

3 – 5 year olds are eligible to receive the 15/30 hours Early Years Funding for 6 terms, starting the term after their 3rd birthday. Sibling discount of 10% will be given off tuition fees to a second child attending at the same time and 5% off any subsequent children attending at the same time. A Non-Refundable Registration Fee of £100 is payable for all children.

A Deposit of £350 is then required to secure your child a place at the school which will be deducted from your final terms fees, during the last term of Year 6. If your child leaves us before completing Year 6, the deposit will not be refunded, unless due to family reclocation.

We aim to give as many pupils as possible the opportunity to take advantage of the excellent education we offer. We are proud to offer scholarships for pupils with outstanding ability in particular areas such as academia, sport, music and art.

Our burary scheme affords a number of families a discount on our fees through a means-tested financial subsidy. The value of this is dependent on your household income, savings and assets, investments and personal situation. A typical bursary may provide a fee discount of between 5% and 25%. To apply for a bursary please speak to the Heads of School for more information.
